CSH Inc. was founded in 1991 by Bob Smith to provide housing for people with disabilities in Charlottesville. Today, we own 25 properties. Our 130 rental units include conventional properties, HUD PRAC 811s, and tax-credit units. We house approximately 150 people in Charlottesville and strive to be a supportive landlord. Our mission is to provide clean, safe, affordable housing for people with disabilities.
